Optimizing water usage and saving energy in irrigation by using Booms
Boom
Irrigation Booms are suitable for delicate and sensitive seeds
AS - 26 - hose reel irrigation boom - baran saz giah machine
hose reel irrigation booms - baransaz giah machine
The amount of irrigation by the boom can be adjusted based on the of water inlet pressure, the pipe winding speed and the nozzles diameter
giah machine - hose reel irrigation boom
Giah Machine - irrigation boom - Adjustable Boom height
Uniform water flow with less water pressure over the nozzles (1 to 1.5 Bar) enables energy conservation
Due to low water height irrigation, less water vapor is created, water is more uniformly distributed and water consumption is saved
water vapor, wind effect is less- energy conservation - water consumption saved
wind effect is less - nozzles bar - energy conservation - water consumption saved
Irrigation by boom will prevent soil crusting and coverage or displacement of seeds
Instead of supplementary irrigation, the boom system can be used from the start of irrigation until harvest
pressurized irrigation systems - Pressure irrigation - boom - hose reel

Baran Saz Giah Machine's Booms
AS - 26
The length of the Boom is 26 m and by installing sprinklers at the end of each wing can cover 40 meters of the field. The amount of irrigation can differ by adjusting the water pressure entering the machine, the pipe winding speed, the nozzle diameter and the pump's water flow rate.
Pipe winding speed is adjustable from 9 meter to 90 meter per hour.
Although the boom's irrigation coverage width is less than the Gun sprinkler, the boom has a speed of 2 to 3 times the speed of the Gun and therefore does not reduce efficiency
It has 5 180-degree nozzles and 8 360-degree nozzles. The total water flow rate of the boom (debbi) based on water pressure on the nozzles (1 to 2 bar) and nozzles' diameter (from 1 to 2.5 mm) is between 1 to 2 cubic meters per hour
